The final four hours to SFe

Rose sleeping while I'm driving.
The furry Pettit sisters and I made it to the casita this afternoon around 1:30 p.m. Mountain Time. The pic-of-the-day shows my co-pilot, Rose. Unloading the Explorer was brutal. I brought so much stuff for the recycle festival at the end of this week.

After unloading the car I laid down for a nap with Roz, but started watching a show on Reelz, which is a channel I don't think we have in Houston. The show was about the killing JFK. The theory is based on the difference in the projectile of the shots that hit JFK. The one that hit JFK and then Connelly was one that would go through a person, but the one that hit JFK's head was one that exploded upon impact. So these investigators believe that when one of the secret service agents riding in the follow-up car heard the shots from the Texas Book Depository, he lifted his automatic rifle, took off the safety, and accidentally discharged the bullet that hit JFK in the head. Then the secret service conspired to cover up the accident. Very compelling evidence presented and it makes so much sense for what happened after JFK died (people having to sign confidentially agreements, photos missing, doctors not allowed to conduct a proper autopsy, why one bullet went through JFK and hit Connelly while another exploded in his head … and what happened to his brain that was removed from his head?). The secret service agent's name is George Hickey. He died in 2005, without ever speaking about what happened.

Today I'm creating a necklace and earrings to send back to Houston. I forgot to leave a donation for Art on the Avenue, which is this coming weekend.
