Last week when it rained heavily in Houston,
a large tree fell on a house around the corner.

More rain in Houston today. We really need it so I'm not going to complain about having to drive part way across town in the rain.

My monthly Bayou City Art Festival meeting was today at noon. I was planning to get a manicure after the meeting, but decided to come home instead. My nails seem to be growing so fast right now. If I didn't know better, I'd think I was taking pre-natal vitamins.

Today I'm creating time for an afternoon nap with Rose and Roz. All three of us are worthless during an afternoon rain storm.
