Now that he weighs 5 lbs., his oxygen tube is once again being removed. He was off of oxygen for about half a day a couple of weeks ago, but his saturation level was up and down. His doctor believes he is now ready to try it again. Fingers crossed! If he can do well without his oxygen tube, the countdown to his leaving the hospital is on. It won't be for two weeks or so, but his days in NICU are numbered (per Dr. Julie).
Today I'm creating a trip to the hospital with Mr. B, who hasn't seen the little prince since he collapsed in the hospital.
