FLOTUS looked beautiful!

Why another school shooting? I don't understand people who think that arming students and teachers is an answer to this problem. Let's be proactive and take care of the true cause of the shootings: mental illness. The shootings are the result of the mental illness.

A friend and former neighbor as well as a woman who was my journalism teacher in high school work at Lone Star College. Praying that neither of them were involved in the shooting.

Today I'm creating dinner for Mr. B. I just read online that Beyonce was lip-syncing to her voice during her performance of the "Star-Spangled Banner." Really? According to a Marine Corps Band spokesperson, the band wasn't playing and Beyonce wasn't singing. "We don't know why she decided to go with the pre-recorded music at the last minute." The band performed live to accompany the other acts, including Kelly Clarkson, but was specifically asked not to play during Beyonce's performance.
