I wrote yesterday about going to a party last Saturday night. Each year there is a gift exchange after everyone has eaten. I was so excited this year to take home a bottle of bubbly. I don't think I've ever had Piper-Heidsieck before, so I can't wait to try it.It's hard to believe that Christmas is so soon. Only a week from tomorrow. My sweet grandmother was right: The years go faster the older you get.
Today I'm creating time to rest. I think I pulled or somehow inflamed a muscle on my right side underarm. I'm blaming the crutches. And since I use the crutches in the house, my mobility is further diminished.
