the three of them were inducted into the National
Honor Society in high school.

Katie and Andrew were married last night in a lovely  ceremony and then the party began. The wedding and reception took place in Mercury Hall in Austin. Great venue with an old building and wonderful grounds. Katie was a beautiful bride in an elegantly understated dress. It was perfect for her! Andrew's brother married them and there were funny and touching readings by family members.

After the wedding everyone went outside for dinner under a tent, and then it was back inside the building for desserts and dancing. The Suffers (#1 son-in-law Nick's band) played for two hours without a break. Everyone was on the dance floor rockin'. Kam's voice was in fine form!

Today I'm creating packing time and then a trip back to Houston. Even though it rained most of yesterday, it has been a fun time in the Hill Country. To Katie and Andrew: Love each other and celebrate life!
