Star Wars. Ewok is an invented word, also.

I love trivia. I have written marketing campaigns based on trivia, and had so much fun researching them. Before the Internet, I bought every trivia book I found on the bargain table at book store. I would spend hours reading them.


Here's a bit of trivia I found today. English has more than 600,000 words, and we're still adding more. Some words evolve over time or come from foreign languages, and some were simply made up, including approximately 1,600 coined by Shakespeare. "Willie" invented words such as accused, enchanted, archvillian, rant, bump and savagery, just because he needed a word. Love that creativity!


Today I'm creating a display board with some photos of my own creations and scraps of favorite fabrics. I'm going to use these items to inspire new ideas.
